Many thanks to Conrad for the fantastic service we encountered while making numerous phone inquiries from Wellington. Conrad was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and honest with all information and help he gave us, he certainly went the extra mile. We are very grateful to have spoken with Conrad, and we will not hesitate to use him in the future if required, even if that means driving down to Christchurch. His customer service skills are way and beyond anything I have ever experienced.
I am absolutely delighted with the van. I am using it for short outings at the moment until we get the video from CCS for training purposes for the staff. My brother-in-law, John, has taken me on a short outing and thinks it is very good to load and unload. He likes the clamps for my chair.
Bert is very excited about his seat, and the engineering of it. He can’t see too well now, but he can see enough to figure it out. A young man came over to demonstrate the turny seat to Bert, so he is aware of how it works. It will be good to get out again with ease of transferring him in and out of the car. We are looking forward to a drive, and using the seat. Can’t come soon enough for me. Bert talks about it a lot too, so I think he is well pleased with the changes. He is turning 100 years old and the team made sure he got his vehicle before his birthday.
It was awesome meeting the VA team. They gave me a ride back to the airport which was super helpful. The team have been amazing so thank you. I'm looking forward to getting the car back and into it.
I met with my client last Thursday and she drove me around very happily in her modified car. So a big thanks for pulling out all the stops with the delivery of her car the Monday morning before and the lessons. This was a great team effort.

M is thrilled with the van! She jumped straight in and went out for a ride. The chap at Bluebridge ferry asked whether it was a brand new vehicle, because he thought the fit-out was so smart. Big ups to everyone!
